Shipping / Delivery Policy
1. Shipping and packaging costs are included in the purchase price.
2. Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 days for shipment to be made.
3. Orders will be shipped by Australia Post surface mail.
4. As Australia Post is a third party courier, we cannot control their delivery time. From the date of your payment clearance please allow delivery times of:
a. 1 to 2 days to States and Territory capital cities and their surrounding suburbs.
b. 3 to 4 days to rural or more remote cities and area
c. Allow extra time for deliveries to countries other than Australia.
5. Shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.
6. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped.
