Return / Refund Policy

1. You are entitled to a refund if The Short Collection goods you purchased:

a. Are defective (and the defect has not been caused by you).

b. Do not match the description displayed on The Short Collection website.

2. If you prefer The Short Collection will exchange or issue a credit.

3. In the event you receive defective or damaged goods this refund policy applies only if you contact us within a reasonable time, preferably within 14 days after the shipment date.

4. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice – so please choose carefully.
